The Dwelling Place

The Dwelling Place is a free dinner program in Woburn center that was founded in 1987 and is operating in the United Methodist Church at 523 Main Street.

Free To-Go meals are prepared by members of local churches and organizations for individuals and families in need.  We also get fresh fruit, vegetables, and grocery items donated from Spoonfuls, The Food Drive, Food Link and those are distributed on a first come, first server basis.  We are open every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and everyone is welcome.

Guests should arrive at 5:00 pm. If you join us, please enter through the side door on Harlow Court off Main Street.  Guests will form a line, and one by one will pick from the donated food items, be given a To-Go meal, and if you desire you can enjoy your meal in the Stannard Room.
